European Society of Neonatology (ESN) Teaching Courses

Dates: Thursday, October 20, and Friday, October 21, 2016

Cost: One-Day Attendance: EUR 150, Two-Day Attendance: EUR 200 
Please note that each course is limited to 50 participants and an accepted application is required for registration. 

Participants of the ESN courses do not need to register for the entire Congress in order to attend the courses, however please note that registration for the ESN Courses does not constitute as registration for the entire Congress. 

The fee includes dinner with faculty and course participants on the evening of Thursday, October 20, 2016.

Day 1: Thursday, October 20, 2016, 09:00-17:45

Nutrition for the preterm infant                    

Day 2: Friday, October 21, 2016, 08:30-17:00

Neonatal stabilisation

We have applied for CME Accreditation for both courses!


In order to apply, one must submit the following documents:

  • Applic​ation Form
  • ​Letter from Dean or Head of Department
  • Curriculum Vitae ​- ​Your CV should include the following details (in 1 page):

    • Personal details
    • Center of training in Pediatrics and dates
    • Center of training in Neonatology and dates
    • Years of clinical experience in Neonatology
    • Involvement in clinical projects (project and participation)
    • Involvement in research projects (project and participation)
    • Publications (max 3)

The above documents should be sent to Dr. Charles Cristoph Roehr​, ESN Office for Education, by the EXTENDED dealine: October 1​, 2016. 

Applicants will be notified by e-mail regarding acceptance into the course and will then be sent the ESN Course registration online form to complete payment for the course.
